For this recipe I didn’t do any shopping, all the ingredients were at home already! I ate it for breakfast, so I didn’t want it to be too frozen, because then it would have reminded me too much of dessert. So, for now only the breakfast version, tonight, after shopping, the dessert version.
- Apple syrup
- Chocolate sprinkles
Step 1: Get a small container and put in the amount of yoghurt you want to make and store it in the freezer. I let it in for 30 minutes, so it was not hard yet, I don’t like it for breakfast too hard. For one-person-breakfast use 3/4 tablespoons.
Step 2: Get a boiler and put in the amount of oats you want to make.
For one-person-breakfast use 2/3 teaspoons.
Step 3: Heat the oats on a small fire with 1 tablespoon of honey and 3 teaspoons of apple syrup. The oats will be brown in a couple of minutes. Keep on stirring otherwise it will burn. Make sure you get chunks in the granola, that’s wat makes it so yummy!
Step 4: Get a bowl with boiling water and store a small bowl in the larger one. Add the chocolate sprinkles to the small bowl and stir until the sprinkles are melted.
Step 5: Take a nice glass, your frozen yoghurt and granola and pile until the glass is full enough for you.
