This Workout Wednesday is a special one! Like a wrote last time it is all about doing your workouts several times a week. This routine is for us busy women. To wake up brighter and sparkle more during the day. Today we start our day with a fast and quick yoga routine. You might need a run after your workday to make sure you clear your head, but this one lets you start your day just right! Have fun!
